A licensed PCA with over a decade in agriculture, Mando partners with growers and PCAs to deliver innovative crop protection and management solutions. At Semios, he leverages his expertise in pest management and ag technology to help customers improve sustainability, reduce risk, and achieve stronger results.
Mando also serves as President of the Kern County CAPCA Chapter, sits on the Spray Safe Board, and advises on the Bakersfield College Agriculture Plant Science Advisory Board. Passionate about mentorship, he actively connects students and young professionals with opportunities to thrive in California agriculture.
